With over 20 years of experience partnering with leading organizations across three continents, Aanu has become a sought-after expert in individual and group coaching and development.

Passionate about working with clients who want to lead and live at their best, Aanu is dedicated to helping organizations align business and talent strategies that drive business performance. She is the founder of the Africa Agility foundation, a fast-rising NGO that powers the tech talent economy of Africa, with a goal to empower every citizen of the world to function at their full capacity, regardless of their social and personal limitations.

Aanu’s impressive achievements include serving as the first African on the board of Scrum Alliance Inc, the first and leading Agile Trade Association in the world, and being the first black female African to acquire the Certified Agile Coach from Scrum Alliance Inc. She is also the host of the popular Agile Africa Alliance, a virtual community of thousands of African diaspora Agile practitioners.

As a champion of equity and inclusion, Aanu launched the Women in Agile chapters for both Nigeria and Dallas Fort Worth, USA. Her clients include top organizations such as Nike, AT&T, Toyota, Capital One, TD Bank, EDF Energy, and the UK Government.
