Alex Gray

Alex Gray is a professional, versatile, and enthusiastic Certified Scrum Trainer, Path to CSP Educator®, LeSS Friendly Scrum Trainer, and ICAgile Authorized Trainer. With a passion for Lean/Agile practices, Alex brings over 25 years of experience working in technology teams and over 15 years of experience in agile transformations to his training sessions.

As a Certified Scrum Trainer, Alex has been delivering Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) training since 2016, utilizing his extensive industry experience to enhance the learning experience for participants. He is well-versed in delivering various Scrum Alliance courses, including Scrum Foundations, Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM®), Certified Scrum Professional – Scrum Master (CSP-SM®), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®), Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO®), and Certified Scrum Professional – Product Owner (CSP-PO®).

Additionally, Alex is equipped to deliver ICAgile courses such as Agile Foundations (ICP), Agile Team Facilitator (ICP-ATF), and Agile Delivery Management (ICP-APM).

With a diverse background, Alex has worked in complex environments for medium to large-sized organizations across various sectors, including banking and financial services, medical, gaming, and telecoms, among others. His expertise lies in training and guiding organizations on Lean Agile transformations, from team-level agility to scaled agility, as well as business-wide agility and agile leadership.

Moreover, Alex excels in developing custom training and education pathways to support large-scale agile transformations, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to agile adoption. He believes in helping each organization discover the best way of working that suits their specific context.
