Anderson Diniz Hummel

Anderson Diniz Hummel is an accomplished Agile Coach dedicated to helping professionals transition into the world of agility. With a wealth of experience in assisting individuals and companies in implementing Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Anderson specializes in improving work management and productivity.

Over the past five years, Anderson has successfully certified nearly 10,000 students in more than 400 classes as Certified Scrum Masters and Certified Scrum Product Owners through the Scrum Alliance. His training sessions have reached individuals across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to thrive in an Agile environment.

In addition to his coaching endeavors, Anderson is an angel investor and advisor, actively supporting companies and entrepreneurs in transforming their businesses to enhance efficiency and achieve remarkable results. He co-created agilidade.org and serves as an organizer for notable events such as “Agilidade em Debate,” “Agility Day,” and Scrum Gathering São Paulo. Notably, Anderson has also developed valuable tools like AgileArchitectureCanvas and Radar De Agile Practices.

With nearly two decades of experience in the information technology field and a decade focused on Agile and Scrum practices, Anderson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. His past roles include serving as an undergraduate and graduate professor in the technology field for over 10 years, where he shared his insights on architecture design, Java, and agile development with more than 3,000 students.

Anderson’s expertise extends across various industries, including recruitment and selection systems, foreign trade, health, benefits providers, education, tourism, payment methods, hardware, robotics, automation, and marketing.

Currently residing in Goiânia, Anderson serves as a Certified Scrum Trainer, investor, and business consultant. Balancing his professional commitments, he still finds time to prioritize his family, which includes his wife, child, two dogs, and a bit of leisure with an Xbox.
