Diana Bister

Diana Bister is an experienced Agile coach and consultant who has been helping organizations since 2015 to introduce various Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Kanban Flight Levels, OKRs, Scrum, Kanban, etc. Her aim is to break down complexity into smaller, manageable and valuable increments, enabling organizations to quickly move towards implementation.

Whether coaching individuals, developing teams or supporting transformational initiatives, Diana works with outcome-oriented goals, experiments and regular retrospectives, to foster continuous improvement. Her ultimate goal is to add value and promote self-organization, thus making herself redundant as quickly as possible.

As an independent consultant based in Düsseldorf since 2021, Diana collaborates with colleagues from her network as required, whether for individual supervision, larger projects or joint learning and exchange. She offers her services thematically, both online and in person, in German and English.
