With over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, Gary’s background is rooted in human performance and organization development. He started his career as a traditional project manager and understands the challenges of transitioning to more adaptive and team-centric approaches, such as agile methodologies. Since 2009, Gary has been actively involved in working with agile practices.

Throughout his career, Gary has had the opportunity to assist six different companies in their agile transformations. He approaches his work with a strong belief in helping teams find their own path, rather than imposing practices upon them. He understands that each team is unique and requires a tailored approach. Gary is experienced in working with teams at all levels of an enterprise, from individual teams to larger organizational units, guiding their transformation efforts.
