Hartmuth’s academic accomplishments include two Master’s degrees in applied psychology from the University Duisburg-Essen in Germany and Business Information Systems from the University of Applied Sciences at Northwestern-Switzerland, Olten. He is a dedicated learner, having acquired a range of skills from Human-Computer Interaction Design to Machine Learning for Business Leads. Currently, he is on his path to becoming a professional coach (CPCC, Co-Active) and a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) for Scrum Alliance, further enhancing his ability to empower individuals and organizations.
