About Henrik
Henrik Kniberg is an AI whisperer, chief scientist, and co-founder of Hups, a company that creates self-improving organizations using generative AI.
He is also a co-founder of GoClimate, a platform that helps people reduce their carbon footprint and fight climate change. He has a master’s degree in computer science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and holds several licenses and certifications in agile, scrum, and lean methods. He has worked as a Minecraft designer/developer/coach at Mojang, a Spotify coach, and a LEGO coach, among other roles. He is a crisp consultant, an advisor for Teemyco, and a founding investor for Greens Ventures.
He is also a public speaker, an executive coach, and an author of several publications on AI, game development, and agile culture. He has a strong background in Agile and Lean principles and methods such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban. Henrik likes to jam and play smooth jazz with his band, The Swedish Smooth Jazz Collective. He has over 13,000 followers on LinkedIn and is connected to many influential people in the tech industry. He is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
