Mauricio holds several certifications that demonstrate his dedication to his craft, including the Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach (CTC), Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E), and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O). These credentials highlight his proficiency in Agile methodologies, coaching, and project management.

Throughout his career, Mauricio has held various key roles, including Agile Coach at Hard Rock Digital, where he implemented an Agile Delivery Model for the Digital Domain, resulting in increased value delivered to customers. As the founder of Agile 506, Mauricio guided teams and organizations in realizing their full potential through continuous learning and improvement.

Mauricio’s expertise extends to his time as an Agile Coach at World Fuel Services, where he supported managers in their career development and facilitated the implementation of Scrum for Data Analytic and Automation teams. As an instructor at Agilisters, he provided valuable training and coaching to Citi Banamex, imparting his knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as Kanban.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mauricio is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He has contributed to the development of African Girls in the Scrum Master Certification Track, empowering aspiring professionals in Africa.
