I have worked across all geographies and with a broad scope of industries. My clients include Microsoft, Lenovo, Motorola, Medtronic, Roche, Bayer, Audi, US Department of Energy, Battelle, Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement, Crowne Plaza, Abu Dhabi Chamber, Saudi Telecom, P&G, Danone, IFF, Thomson Reuters, and others.

I have co-founded a European cleantech startup accelerator, and I am a lead trainer for several EU Climate Initiative programs on entrepreneurship and innovation. Through a partnership with Climate-KIC, I train and mentor 200+ cleantech startups each year, leading to the world’s largest annual green business ideas competition.

Before launching my own companies, I served major Canadian organizations at senior management levels as a government lobbyist, crisis management expert, and media spokesperson. I place a heavy emphasis on organizational culture, talent management, and change; which are necessary precursors to innovation.

Together with my team, we always provide ruthlessly direct feedback in our client work and deliver results in a “sleeves-rolled-up” approach.
