Parvinder Singh is a Business Agility Practice Lead and an Organizational Change and Transformation Agent at Accenture, a global professional services company. He has over 22 years of experience in framework agnostic Enterprise Agile Transformation, SAFe transformation, Lean portfolio implementation, mentoring and coaching leadership, building sustenance through developing internal coaching capabilities, and Community of Practices.

Parvinder has a passion for helping organizations leverage all that Agile possesses by coaching and training their progression through three phases of learning: knowing Agile, doing Agile, and being Agile. He has designed training programs, assessment frameworks, and client/industry-specific transformation approaches and frameworks. He has also launched multiple ARTs (Agile Release Trains) with experience in lean concept implementation.

Parvinder is also interested in exploring the possibilities and impacts of GenAI on agile work. He has shared his views on bringing resilient and adaptive organizations together, blending them with GenAI. He believes that by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, organizations can create a differentiating impact that sets them apart from the competition by adapting to the use of GenAI by and with their adaptive and resilient organization.

Parvinder is a certified Professional Agile Leadership™ I (PAL I) from Scrum.org and has also completed a course on Generative AI APIs for Practical Applications: An Introduction from Skillsoft. He is fluent in English and has native or bilingual proficiency in it.
