Roman Müller

Roman Muller is a Chief Transformation Officer and Agile Coach with extensive experience in transforming organizations and teams into purpose-driven and fun environments. He has been serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at Traffo GmbH since February 2018, where he leads the transformation initiatives.

Prior to that, he worked as an Agile Coach at Kniff Projektagentur GbR and Goodgame Studios, where he played a vital role in implementing Agile methodologies. Roman also has experience as a Projektleiter at Jangled Nerves and as a Freelance Producer. He holds a Master’s degree in Medienmanagement from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and a Bachelor’s degree in Medienwirtschaft from Stuttgart Media University.

Additionally, he has certifications as an Organisational Relationship Systems Coach from CRR Global, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, and a Certified Team Coach (CTC) from the Scrum Alliance.
