About Sekhar

Sekhar Burra is an Enterprise Transformation Coach who is passionate about transforming the world of work and creating environments where people genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. With an impressive range of certifications and qualifications, Sekhar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching practice. As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC), and Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), he has extensive experience in coaching individuals, teams, and organizations. He is also trained in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), career coaching, and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centric coaching. Additionally, Sekhar holds certifications in Change Management, Lean Kanban, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

Sekhar’s educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur, an Executive Program in International Business (EPIB) from IIM Calcutta, an MBA in Operations Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

He has also contributed to the agile community through his publications. He has written articles such as “Do Organizations Fully Leverage Agile Coaches?” in Scrum Alliance (June 2014) and “Beware! Regional Culture Chaos May Derail Organizational Agility” in Scrum Alliance (March 2015).
