Tim Klein

Tim Klein is an experienced Agile Product Coach with a strong background in e-commerce product management and digital transformation consulting. With excellent communication skills, Tim is an empathic Agile Coach who has successfully accompanied Agile Transitions in classical environments, especially in the transition of project and product managers as well as executives into new roles. His focus is on Product Owner Coaching and Product Ownership, and he is dedicated to technical conception and user-centered optimization of transactional online products based on KPI-based control.

Tim has extensive experience in coordinating professional and technical requirements in interface functions, especially in transformation and migration projects such as digital transformation and international e-commerce contexts. With more than 10 years of experience as a consultant in large-scale projects in banking groups, he has worked at the interface of specialist area/IT, including stakeholder management.

In addition to his consulting experience, Tim has managed dynamic portal projects as well as long-term large-scale projects involving internal and external development, agency management, and nearshoring. He is a convincing and team-oriented personality, with a high level of initiative and implementation skills based on his strong social skills. He possesses strong strategic and analytical-conceptual thinking skills that enable him to develop and implement innovative solutions.
