Venkatesh Rajamani is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach, Professional Scrum Trainer & Professional Facilitator who helps organizations exploit the fundamentals of Agility to leave behind the conventional style of working and enable continuous delivery of the highest value. He has guided many large enterprises through ‘Agile transformations’ and helped them on their journey to continuous improvement in their product development capability. He is comfortable operating at all levels of the organization and has helped both enterprise and Multi-Team/Program levels improve Agility. Venkatesh is also well-placed to build internal capabilities in an organization.

Venkatesh Rajamani is a resident of Chennai, India, who firmly believes that the software development profession could be improved by focusing on human elements.

He is also the Founder of tryScrum.com, a Professional Training and Coaching Provider, and a Certified Enterprise Coach® with Scrum Alliance. He has worked with various companies, including RBS, Ericsson, HID Global & PayPal.
